  1. Our present acts sows the seeds for our future. The more and sooner we adapt and adopt to the new normal sooner we will make stronger foundations for our future. This is the time to upskill ourselves with the skills of future to sustain longer. Life has become slow but our learning is on fast mode and pumping positivity in uncertainty.

  2. "Our future lies ahead like a hidden sheet of snow,
Be careful how you step it because every mark will show."
Change is only permanent in this world. Every minute there is a mutation. Every generation is evolved, more equipped. Even saying so, why the world has to come to a stand still condition? How could the tiniest creature ( between living and non living) the Corona virus challenged humanity, challenging all advancement? Isn't it better to live in the moment ( in our Indian vedanta philosophy what is referred to as "Kshanbaad" )? What is the point in living in Aldous Huxley 's The Brave New World, in an artificial future ? Isn't it better to sing que sera sera as we live on ?

As we know, the purpose of education to deliver thoughts amongst each one and there is no barriers to get it. The role helps our little angels to grow in each areas of life,

only concern to reach each and every individual who are still not the part of this system.

During this pandemic we as an educator try to connect all the shildren but due to non availability of devices they are still not connected. So, guide us how to reach these children?

  8. The COVID-19 PANDEMIC has made every corner of the society to revise the mode of living. The education system has to develop the unique and efficient ways and approaches in order strengthen the future. The teachers , principals and all school leaders has to be dynamic and innovative to adapt and improve the new methodologies. The skill sets have to be remodeled as well as measures of assessment. We have to think on following aspects.
    1) The needs to change the Current Education system that uplifts the quality.
    2) The real time skill sets bith for Teachers and students.
    3) The assessment criterias and improvement methods.

We have got many new ideas. Definitely these will help a lot in the teaching learning process if implemented.
But with the present set up of teachers, school infrastructure and the social background of the students, will these be practically possible? If not then what will be the suitable & accessible strategy?
Pls focus on it if possible.

  37. A warm THANK YOU and cartload of appreciation to CBSE for conceptualising, organising and efficiently providing such an enriching platform for rethinking , redesigning and reshaping teaching and learning skills , imperative for this digital era, in this unprecedented lockdown situation, to a coterie of educators . KUDOS
Each day has been better than the other .
The sessions by Ananya Mukherjee, ( solution of twinning schools, digital volunteers ...)
Rashmi Swarup ( apt analogy of online immigrants users to native student users....)
and Lena Paulo ( excellent idea of light board that resonates well with Indian jugad ), her succinct but wide and wonderful presentation , were enriching , engaging and inspirational and truly deserve ovation.
But today was an epitome .
The Sessions by Patricia Gartland and Stephen Whiffin were par excellence.
Stephen 's talk was informative and inspirational, replete with evidences , case studies on blending education with steps outlined that seem doable . The collaborative technique of doing projects. I too agree hybrid learning should foresee hybrid assessment and not just theoretical exams. His quick utube glimpses of supporting resources , Foundation for change for a Std3 student into a citizen of 2030 reinforced the topic, "Leveraging Change today to prepare for future ."
Once again Thank you CBSE and panelists .
Great sessions that must be revisited till they leverage change and melt into action. Looking forward to tomorrow.

  44. Good morning respected mentors, I would like to please know the way of assessing the students with transparency. Transparency is there, if the students are using laptop. But, All the students do not have access to the laptop.. and proving laptop to everyone in not possible practically. Having two mobile could also be an alternative. But then that's all not feasible for all.. What can be an ideal platform/ procedure
    .. to assess students
