  2. Thanks CBSE to conduct this straining session. It will be really very helpful in teaching learning process. It is need of the hour to shift from rote learning to experential learning. The students enjoys experiential learning a lot. In our school our all teachers focus more on experiential learning. Being a residential school, our students get more chance of experiential learning.

  13. Though The value of Experiential learning is much yet it will take time to get everyone realize its value.
Moreover those who are already adopting it don't lay stress on it owing to limitations .
The session has really helped all stakeholders to realize the importance of Experiential learning. The examples quoted during the session have really enlightened us.
We need to change the mindset of Parents also.kindly suggest some ways to overcome this problem.

  22. The session gave an insight of Experiential Learning and how to implement it at the primary level.
But my question is that in our country we have been practising British-based educational practices for more than seven decades. Now, when we want to go for a change, will it be wise to follow a method which is 36 years old(Experiential Learning Model) ? P N Ashok, Senior Principal,

My question is we focus on economic independence of our students but we don't help them to be compassionate towards others.
What I feel is the only drawback with education is it make them selfish.
An excellent student of India will find a good job in US and will forget about the welfare of his/her own country.
Yes in the times of Globalisation I do understand that world belong to us, but today when I see great economist working in IMF , I feel proud and sorry at the same time.
Proud coz our system helped them to reach such hights, and sorry coz we need them today for uplifting the economy of our country at this time of pandemic.
Get a noble prize is easy but working for your own people is a difficult task.
Here , I feel are we early teaching our students to how to be human.

  34. it is important to engage parents also to help students develop holistically. But traditionally educated parents often see ExL as a waste of time and a deviation from pure academics. How do we orient the parents?
