Professional Development training is very much necessary. But what is being generally observed is lack of execution of those ideas or methods in the real class room situation. What is your view on this?

ReplyDeleteAs schools/Educational institutions are close but other offices are open. We are facing problem with the students whose both parents are working.
And in some cases siblings are also not able to attend online class simultaneously.
We tried our best to plan the time table for offline/online class.
Kindly suggest some ways to cope up with the situation.

ReplyDeleteSometimes some teachers feel that CPD's are imposed on them and they try to disturb other desperate teachers. How to overcome this situation?
ReplyDeleteIndu Choudhary
Dr. Molina's view that 'Teaching is a Performance Profession' completely resonates with me, especially with regard to the present situation where classes are held online. So , my question to Dr. Molina is: how do we teachers improve this aspect ? of our 'performance' so to speak? what are some the the elements that we should be aware of?
ReplyDeleteRider can definitely control the elephant , with will power and dedication . We can improve the Quality of education and Quality of life on the globe with continuous improvement. Thank you .

Excellent session
ReplyDeleteLearning outcomes need constant monitoring and that is the only source to help as the educational leaders to review the new system of curriculum transaction but parents are still not motivated and that is what learnt and accepted by the children in the family. Suggest please!
ReplyDeleteThat same obsolete method of teaching and spoon feeding is accepted by the parents and wards as true learning! How to bring change in the perspective when we are not able to interact much. Persuasion is also not helping much. Please comment
