  3. Professional Development training is very much necessary. But what is being generally observed is lack of execution of those ideas or methods in the real class room situation. What is your view on this?

  24. Warm greetings to all!
As schools/Educational institutions are close but other offices are open. We are facing problem with the students whose both parents are working.
And in some cases siblings are also not able to attend online class simultaneously.
We tried our best to plan the time table for offline/online class.
Kindly suggest some ways to cope up with the situation.
    THANKS

  25. Dr. Ezequiel Molina has rightly pointed out that we should carefully step into the
mode of change and ensure that the professional development is pragmatic in every way.
Learning outcomes need constant monitoring and measuring that will help the
educational leaders to review their system of curriculum transaction. Thanks for
enlightening us. P N ASHOK, SENIOR PRINCIPAL, VPS, KRISHNAGIRI, TAMIL NADU

  32. Dr. Molina's view that 'Teaching is a Performance Profession' completely resonates with me, especially with regard to the present situation where classes are held online. So , my question to Dr. Molina is: how do we teachers improve this aspect ? of our 'performance' so to speak? what are some the the elements that we should be aware of?

  38. Learning outcomes need constant monitoring and that is the only source to help as the educational leaders to review the new system of curriculum transaction but parents are still not motivated and that is what learnt and accepted by the children in the family. Suggest please!

    ReplyDelete
  39. That same obsolete method of teaching and spoon feeding is accepted by the parents and wards as true learning! How to bring change in the perspective when we are not able to interact much. Persuasion is also not helping much. Please comment
