  1. To implement the idea - ' students have to be their own learning manager' or ' students have to lead their own learning' - we need to change the society first as Indian parents are too much emotionally involved with their children. They make their children everything in their life - their only focus and purpose . But it's not actually their fault , it's the society - a social pressure from giving birth of a child to involve the child in the 'rat race'. At this point, my question is , how to change the society to bring a change in the parents' mindset ?

    I have two questions:
    1. What can we as teachers do to ensure the students stay motivated and cheerful since online classes deprive them of physical aspect of personal interaction?

    2. How do we retain the interest of the children during the online classes as they tend to get distracted easily?
    Thank you

  27. Both the Resource persons presented the content extremely well. Lot of take aways and could apply them in our daily school life. Surely we deal with human kids full of emotions, stress and anxieties. COVID 19 gives us enough opportunities to act as counsellors and facilitators. Thank you both of you...
